This 3–4-hour non-shooting class fulfills the training requirement in order to obtain your Utah non-resident Concealed Firearm Permit. A great option for those who like to travel, a Utah Concealed Firearm Permit combined with a Washington Concealed Pistol License will allow you to legally carry, to protect yourself and your family, in more than 30 states across the country.
Course Prerequisite:
- Must be a US Citizen or Immigrant Green Card holder.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must speak and understand fluent English.
What is Included in the Cost:
- Training course mandated by the Utah Bureau of Criminal Identification.
- Application stamped by an approved instructor upon completion.
- Fingerprint card.
- Photo for your Utah concealed carry permit.
- Photocopy of your driver's license and your resident concealed pistol license.
What to Bring to Class:
- Valid state ID/driver’s license and resident concealed carry permit.
- You have one year, after taking the class, to obtain your CPL from your home state and submit your application for Utah's CPL - if you don't already have yours.
- Application fee of $87 - payable by check/money order - made out to "Utah Bureau of Criminal Identification". Credit cards are also accepted (this fee is NOT included in the class registration fee).
